Your pet is the only one in the salon during the grooming session. Most sessions are approximately 1-1 ½ hours. All pets are picked up after they are finished so they do not need to be in a crate. If there is time to take a quick nap before pick up they can choose to curl up where they feel most comfortable.

We have a variety of Shampoos and Conditioners to choose from based on your pet’s breed, coat type, condition of coat, age, etc. All are of the highest quality, no short cuts are taken. All of our products ( shampoos, dryers, sprays, tools) are pet safe, sanitized and to date with the latest technologies

For your pet’s safety and ours and to keep your pet calm and focused on the grooming process you are welcome to wait in your vehicle or return when your pet is finished. The less distraction the better for all involved!

We will discuss options at check in but ultimately it is whatever is safest and most humane for your pet. The options and process of each will be discussed as well as after care.

Many pets are most anxious upon arrival and certainly feed off of human emotions. If you yourself feel anxious/stressed feel free to call and discuss prior to your appointment. Hopefully, we can settle your nerves which in turn will help your pet. If your pet is anxious, we have a number of calming techniques , especially through our Fear Free training. Bringing a scent from home like a small blanket or toy can be comforting. If your pet reaches a level of stress and anxiety that is too high for grooming at that time, we can discuss options.

Yes we do! We ask that all reschedules/cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
Be prepared to pick up your pet as soon as grooming is done. Please drop-off/pick up on time to avoid extra fees or reschedules. .
All appointments have a scheduled drop off and pick up time. No drop ins.

A scent from home like a favorite bed, blanket, or anything that your pet is emotionally attached to can help reduce stress. Please pack food,supplements, medications, etc . Refrigerator and freezer is available for storage if needed. Please bring a safe leash/harness/ collar and have your pet attached when you arrive. We have plenty of bowls/blankets but you are welcome to bring your own

Absolutely!!! You are paying for 24 hour care and we are here in our home with your pet to ensure your pet’s safety and stress level is kept to a minimum. We can see them, hear them and can address any situation immediately. Just like our own pets, they have one last potty run before bed and out first thing in the morning. If they need to go out during the night, we are here to help!

We are not a kennel, your pet is part of our family during their stay. We don’t watch the clock by the minute but do charge by the day and half day . What does that mean? After 24 hours, you will be charged for a half day(5 hours or less). All pick up and drop offs have a scheduled time.
